040a. Detachable Mount Kit for 1999-2008 HD Touring (HD Latches sold separately)

Detachable (quick release) sissy bar mount kit for 1999-2008 Touring models. Shown with Harley Latches (not included-sold separately).

Detachable mount are available in 2 configurations. Our standard mount positions the sissy bar in a similar location as the OEM location. Our extended mounts positions the sissy bar 2 inches further to the rear to provide more room for riders or oversized seats. 

Detachable mount kits are designed to install on to Harley docking kit (docking kits are available at your local Harley dealer). Includes easy to follow installation instructions. Sold in pairs. Available in chrome, black powder coat or "rat bar" finish.

NOTE: For "Rat Bar" finish, the hardware (spacers and fasteners) will be in satin black powder coat.

ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
1. Select Finish
2. Select Sissy Bar Type
3. Select "Standard Mounts" or "Extended Mounts" (extended mounts moves sissy bar 2 inches farther back towards the rear of the bike)
4. Select "Add to Cart"
