Rigid (bolt-on) Universal Rear Fender Sissy Bar Mount Kit is great for custom bikes with steel fenders/fender struts. A minimum 1/4 inch clearance is required between the outside of the rear tire and the inside of the rear fender for the bolt heads and washers.
The Universal mount interfaces for our 11/16" diameter and 1" diameter Hercules Series sissy bars requires flat and parallel surfaces 2" long (front to rear) x 3/4" tall (up and down) on both the left and right sides of the fender or left and right sides of the struts. The mount interfaces for the 1-1/4" diameter Mammoth Series sissy bars requires flat and parallel surfaces 2 -1/2" long (front to rear) x 1" tall (up and down) on both sides of the fender as well. Requires drilling 2 holes for each mount. Includes all mounting hardware, two drill templates (one for each side) and easy to follow instructions.
NOTE: In order for us to fabricate the sissy bar to fit the Universal Mounts on your bike, we will need the outside measurement (width) where the mounts are to be installed, either from the outside (left to right side) of the struts or the outside of the fender.
