This is an add-on option for our sissy bars. This 3 piece butcher insert is approx 5" round. Each handle is riveted in place. All pieces are made from steel. The insert is designed to be welded in the middle of the sissy bar. The butcher knives finish (chrome or powder coat) will be the same as selected for the sissy bar. If the sissy bar and knives are chrome, the handles will be black powder coat as shown or chrome. When handles are powder coated, select powder coat finish for handles above: gloss black, semi-gloss black, satin black or flat black. If the sissy bar and knives are powder coated, the handles will be in chrome.
